I got my gun back in just one day, and not only was the turnaround time fast, but Bob also went the extra mile by sighting in my red dot (since it had to be removed) and oiling my firearm without me even asking. I walked in looking for a new firearm. Was greeted by Bob who couldn't be more helpful. Showed me several firearms and explained everything about each feature on each one. I found mine in no time!
