Truth in advertising. According to their website, High End Armory started up in response to other shops being cold or unfriendly to deal with which I can agree with.
I was in the market for my first pistol and knew pretty much what I wanted. I went to a few other shops in the area and in a few cases, no one said a word to me. There are times I don't want to interact with staff while shopping, but in the case of a firearms purchase you want friendly and knowledgeable folks that encourage the right purchase and are happy to answer every question large or small.
Enter Bob Stormes, Tony and the entire staff here at High End. Even the folks that didn't work in this department were friendly, asked how to help and were fun to deal with. Within 5 minutes of being here I was shown a pistol I wanted to purchase and these guys went above and beyond and answered all of my novice questions and joked around with me like I'd been a customer for years.
Great staff, great stuff and great experience. Already made a second large purchase and will be back again. Don't hesitate to stop in or check out their inventory. Website is a little tough to use but once you get used to it it's fine.

I brought my Smith & Wesson 2.0 here to have a new trigger installed, and Bob and his team were absolutely amazing. I got my gun back in just one day, and not only was the turnaround time fast, but Bob also went the extra mile by sighting in my red dot (since it had to be removed) and oiling my firearm without me even asking. Talk about going above and beyond! I told him he definitely gained a new customer. Highly recommend 100%!
